Delivery
We do everything we can to make your package ready for adventure as soon as possible. As the dogtags and stickers are handmade, a processing time of 2 weeks must be taken into account (in busy periods, up to 3 weeks). For all other ready to ship products (sweaters & accessories), we aim to ship within the next 5 working days.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs wil be calculated at check-out, depending of the country you live in.
In Belgium you can also opt for free collection. Collection is available in Groot-Bijgaarden (near the Delhaize) or Erembodegem (near train station).

Returns
Tags & Stickers
All tags & stickers are made on requests and are custom made on order only. These personalized custom made products are not refundable under any circumstance. A refund can not be provided on the occasion the fault is made on customers end (eg. ordered wrong size or color / entered the wrong phone number etc..). If any fault is made on my behalf, a new tag/sticker will be made and sent to you free of charge.
As all tags are NOT machinemade, but simply made by hand and hamer, no two tags will look identical. Every tag is unique and will look distinct by small differences. I will always do my utmost best to recreate each design as portrayed, but small alterations are inevitable. I appeal to my artistic freedom to create each tag to its best possibilities.
Other products
If you are not fully convinced of your order, you can exchange it or return it by taking the following steps:
Send an e-mail to contact@tailsontrails.eu within 14 days after the day of delivery. Let us know your order number and the reason of return. Send us your item(s), if possible, in the original box. Your return shipping costs are not refundable and at your own expense.
Note: For the ladies, please try on your item(s) but be careful for make-up stains. In case of make-up stains we can unfortunately not refund your purchase. The items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Items are returned at your own risk. It is up to you to prove that the relevant package was sent back to us.
